Syngas production was attributed to the number of Ni sites determined using Rietveld Refinement of X-ray diffraction pattern of this catalyst after the reaction.The data presented has to do with identifying the various phases arising during the synthesis of the Y-type hexaferrite series Ba 0.5Sr 1.5Zn 2-xNi xFe 12O 22 by auto-combustion that we deem important for their microstructural and magnetic properties.
